Devotions & Bible Studies for Adults

“If you abide in My Word, you are truly My disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8). The Scriptures are God’s own truthful and faithful Word. They enlighten our hearts with correction and with new-found comfort. They testify to Christ, and thus they are able to make us wise unto salvation (2 Tim. 3:15). There are countless guides, booklets and ways into Bible Study. (Your pastor is probably leading one in your area this very week!) Here are just a few more places to look.

A Life With God

This website is a deep dive into the Bible through the teachings of the late Rev. Henry F. Fingerlin. The study is made up of sixteen chapters and includes a downloadable workbook and audio recordings of Pastor Fingerlin’s extensive presentations of the material. The website is set up for individuals to work through the materials independently, though they could also be used in groups.
